Default Need help installing KooKs headers

I'm in the middle of installing a set of KooKs headers on my 04' and need some suggestions. The driver’s side went in with only a little persuading, but I can't seem to figure out how the H@#L to maneuver the passenger side in. I’ve tried jacking the motor up and down and up again, but it just won't go in. The starter, spark plugs & wires, and valve cover are removed. Any help will be appreciated.

Once you got it jacked push the motor towards the driver's side and curse alot....yes they will fit and be very careful bolting them up so you don't screw up the heads and end up having to do a HC package... although they do go in easy with the heads off speaking from experience

Unbolt the motor mount from under the car. NOT FROM THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT This will give you a touch more room. I installed my Kooks last week and both sides actually dropped into place with no issue. I was expecting the issue you are having but it did not happen. Good Luck

remove plastic engine covers, remove coil packs, altenator, undo drivers side engine mount, remove spark plugs, remove exaust manifold, remove oil filter. Jack up dr side of engine (with a block of wood on top of jack) under the wing of the oil pan untill intake touchs fire wall. undo steering link on box lift out of the way then slide header in and replace oil filter. drop engine and replace engine mount nut, altenator and steering coupler. On pasenger side, remove same top end components and jack engine up just the same ONE SIDE AT A TIME with the engine leaning either way it gives you more room. then just drop pass header in and lower engine..pass is alot easier then ds. max

I bet it would have been easier on a lift. Joe, you should have called and brought it over. We would have had it done in a few hours.
Were heading to Numedia Friday night if you get it together in time and want to test it out.
