idle with air, radio, and headlights- it is about 12.9-13.1
idle with just radio-13.3
4th gear, radio on, air on, no headlights-13.6
Is this normal?
Should it stay a constant number or fluctuate based on what electricity is pulling ie lights, radio etc.

Seems a bit low. My 98 consistenlt puts out a charge system voltage of 13.9 to 14.2 vDC. Remember, with th eignition ON but the engine off, the voltage displayed (gauge or DIC) is Battery voltage, weith the engine running the value is for the charging system.
