Default B0361 H C Does not clear after i Reset

What the hell is wrong with this car... it just drives me nuts how it throw codes out of no where and there are no obvious problems...

i get the B0361 code and i reset the code and it does not go away it keeps coming back right after i rest...

so i turn off the car and turn it back on and try to reset it again and it resets and shows zero errors then i scroll up or down on the code list and go back to HVAC and its there again...

i know it has to do with the left actuator .. but where is this located and this started happening after i cleaned the dash (center AC vent) by just dragging a rag across the top...

And I did a search and found some useful info but didnt really answer the question where its located

I would recommend disconnecting the battery before you look into anything else.
