Default Who makes the strongest halfshaft?

I am sure that this is in a thread somewhere but after sifting through several pages of search results I gave up. Is there much if any difference in say LPE's hardened halfshaft vs. say DTE's? I am going to get a hardened left side one but want to get the best. FWIW there is a pretty big price difference brand to brand.

Actually LPE's shaft is $150 cheaper than the DTE one direct from DTE. That is why I am asking. What is the quality of say the LPE one? I don't want to waste $150 but I will pay the extra if the DTE one is superior.

I just baught the lpe one last week. Looks like a great piece. Its made from the same 300m tool steel, so i can't imagine it would be too diffrent from dte. If it is it can't be buy much.
