I think that's a project of guy from somewhere in Florida. They showed it in the other forum (DC), but mostly got negative responses because of the Ferrari type front. Never heard from them/him again. Might be the same guy who was offering this bumper though-not sure

This design for a new C5 bumper was introduced by Alfa Otto Designs several years ago at SEMA. The consumer complaint (as mentioned above) was that it far too much resembled a Ferarri front end. And, therefore was not as successful. Today, one of our members ("Paras") has posted a "final" rendition of a new C5 bumper design that he wishes to market. This version is far too reminiscent of the Alfa Otto Ferarri inspired design pictured above. Moreover, the design also greatly resembles the old early 1980's F-Body Pontiac Firebirds pointed nose and black grills, only larger. However, to each his own.
