problems with windows
Where do i check first? The problem initially started with one window not responding when asking it nicely to roll down for the pretty girl then the next day the opposite window had the problem while the other worked. This went back and fourth for a while and now neither of them are working.
I can hear the doors click when i attempt to roll down but then nothing. I am curious as to why this would go back and fourth and then effect both windows.
I figure there must be a loose connection on one of the wires inside the door that touched ground and popped a fuse?

I had a drivers window failure while I was at Carlisle this year!!! 
The drivers side is the main control for both sides. The dealer had worked on the car and replaced the Door Control Module about two weeks prior so,, i figured it was technician induced. i pulled off the door panel and everything looked tight and secure. i figured that the module was fried!! 
The harness for the door exits the door at the front, goes through the accordian tube and connects to the car in the bulkhead area next to and outboard your left foot. I pulled on that cable and WHALA! everything started working again!!!!!
The door harness plugs are known for loose and corroded connections!! 
If I were you I would remove the door sill cover and examine those connectors to see if the problem lies there. Take them apart and check for burnt/corroded pins.
The LDCM and RDCM are both monitored by the DIC. See if there are any DTC codes! I bet you have a NO COMMS condition!!!
