Have you looked at and considered EFI Live? Many people have recommended it to me and it is suppose to have MUCH better support, up-dates and user capablities!!! HP Tuners seems to be getting further and further behind the power curve and many tuners have complained about their tech support over the past year or so. 
If I can find someome who has it in my local area so that I can see it in person, I will most likely get EFI live!
