Easy-entry disabled - but seat position still changes: help
My seat has a mind of it's own. It changes position about 50% of the time when I lock or unlock the door. Even with the easy-entry feature disabled.

The damn thing is demented. Alot of people have had the same problem. It seems to have gone away since I changed to an Optima battery. I think it's a conspiracy between GM and Optima to make us buy new batteries.

I had the same problem for several months, and it went away for no reason. I have NO clue, other than disconnecting the battery at some point 'cleared' something in the BCM.
*Might* be worth a shot at disconnecting the battery, or the BCM fuse if you know which one it is.
