Default Is my Alternator suppose to have a bearing clutch
Are all of the A4 cars suppose to have a bearing clutch on the alternator? I thought I read something about that. My 99 is A4, and it doesn't have the bearing clutch!

Are you the origional owner? Maybe it was changed out with a NON Clutch unit.
