If you are referring to those coupler things between the air bridge and intake, probably not. With each generation of Corvette, vendors go out of thier way to create mods that your average Joe can install quickly and painlessly with basic hand tools. Many rush right out and buy them to get all sorts of (claimed) horsepower. While there may be some increase in power or efficiency, its so small that its probably equal to you driving with a 1/4 tank of gas since your power to weight ratio is better.
My .02 is that unless you are going to open the airflow with a aftermarket intake (blackwing, k&n...ect). And, get a custom tune done to take advantage of the increased flow. And maybe go to headers.... and...and...and... The increased diameter of the air bridge will not help much. Again... my .02
With that said I have a high flow air bridge, for the looks. But I also went the aftermarket route.
If you've got a 427 sucking in a major amount of air and have already done all of the other intake/exhaust mods, then you might get 2/3hp out of it somewhere in the power curve
