Default Intermmitent Hesitation

OK, I need help. For the past several months I've had a problem with an intermmitent hesitation issue. Sounds like a miss, sometimes accompanied with a flashing check engine light. Dealer can't find anything wrong. I've checked the spark plug wires myself and they seem to be seated properly. 2001 6spd Coupe with 33k miles. Anyone? Thanks in advance for your replies.

I had a similar problem to yours, but directly related to the column lock recall thing.

Here's a link:

Do you have those codes?

If so, let me know.

Your MAF might be on the way out. My car started to do some wild weird stuff this weekend and after taking apart the air intake I saw what the problem was. Apparantly, air filter oil made its way to the mass flow so now I'll be replacing the mass flow and getting another tune.
