Default Mill Heads or Not?

I have MTI's Stage 2E heads, should I mill .030" or leave them alone? What approximate HP gain could I expect if I milled the heads? If I mill them, what other changes must I do? I am currently using MTI's G1 cam. Sorry for all the dumb questions, still learning, all this engine stuff is relatively new to me... Thanks in advance for your help.

If you don't want to fly cut your pistons you should not have your heads milled .030. You are more than likely going to have P/V issues with the G1 cam if you install it with milled heads without fly cutting your pistons for more clearance. Especially if your cam has an LSA of less than 114.
