I took my wheels off the car and had them stacked next to the car in the garage for two weeks, while I thouroughly cleaned, waxed, detailed the car (including engine bay and wheel wells). When I put the wheels on and drove the car I had several warnings flash across the DIC and my keyless entry stopped working. I checked the trouble codes and the only ones present were the ones correlating to me disabling the DRLs by pulling fuse #4.
List of problems.
Service Tire Monitoring System (now it doesnt work)
Service Engine Soon
Service Column Lock
Key Fob controls don't work.
So what could it be?

actually, I keep losing my battery charge...
on a new redtop of all things.
I'm only driving the car once a month right now.
Owner's manual states that if the car will not be driven for 25 days or more, the battery should be disconnected to prevent it from draining (page 6-32). This is consistent with what a lot of us have seen when the car sits for over 3 weeks. The computers in the car will drain the battery. You may want to get a Battery Tender to keep the battery charged when not in use.
Also, if the battery is disconnected for more than 3 days, the keyless entry fobs will need to be resync'ed.
The Service Column Lock code is interesting. It might further point to low voltage affecting the BCM which would affect the way the CL feedback logic works.
