On a stock 03 Z06 what kind of gains can you expect and should you use a 160' stat ? Bottom line is it worth it ?

I have one for my A4 2004. I don't think you'll see any significant gains on a stock Z06. The performance tune part may help some in your case, but the bulk of the gains come to us A4 owners. The performance tune removes (or backs off) the torque management and really wakes up the tranny (shift quickness and firmness).

Good luck!

automatic tranny C5's get the most benefit from the Predator.

For your manual shift Z06, a good dyno tune and turning off CAGS can be had for "about" the same money as the Predator - and the DYNO tune will be better that what the Prdator can give.
