It all depends what kind of gains you are talking about. If your talking about gaining looks then those gains will be huge, they will turn peoples heads! If your talking about HP gains it all depends on your setup. The more restrictive your exhaust after the cutout the more power you will gain. On most of these cars I would not expect to gain much power, maybe 5-8 HP on average. Most people install them for the sound effect not the power gains. Big cams and cutouts are great for making lots of ricer intimidating racket!

Default Beware of C5Generl....

I purchased a Predator from C5Generl which he said was unlocked. The 1st time I tried to use it, I got the message "locked to another vehicle." He does not respond to my emails.

I'm not sure, but just returning the car to stock does not reset the programmer. Once the programmer is hooked to the first car it is married to it and has to be reset by the factory.

All C5Generl did was restore his car to the "Original" tune. The Predator he sold me is locked.....restoring his car to "Original" does not unlock the Predator. It has to be sent back to Factory. I informed C5Generl of this and he isn't willing to refund my money or pay for the Predator to be unlocked. No Lies here...Sorry if the "truth" bothers C5Generl
