Default Code but not broke

I have a 99 6 speed with 40k. Mod list is short, x pipe, borla cat back and vararam intake. I purchased a Predator programer. When I attempted to download, it would first accept the stock programming and the second it starts with the performance program it says error. I then used the scan tool part and is said "pcm to throttle wire" or something along that. I tried it several times with the same result. I called Diablosport and they also tried everything. They had me pull fuses and thought it might be the programmer. I sent it back, they sent me a new one. THe new one does the same.

Once the code is cleared there is no problem. THere has never been a code tripped since I've owned the car the last two years. After it's cleared there is no further problem other than no performance tune. I'm stumped and pretty sure there isn't a tune in it already. THe cags is not disabled and it wasn't mentioned when I purchased the car. STUMPED

Check the 'pcm to throttle wire' error message you got with the first programmer. Has the vendor told you what this means? Are you sure you've got the stock program in the pcm to start with?

Diablosport seemed stumped as well. I'm pretty sure its stock programming. THe car was bought used, but cags skip shift is still there.
