car is idling rough

it has 106k miles, stinger intake, tpis lt's, bassani x pipe, exhaust. when i start it up, it died on me today first time, but it started rite back up. i drive it everyday. i ama clean the intake tomm morning.
Car idles rough means, the rpm goes up and down a idle approx 100 rpm, i could feel it when i am sitting in the car, and a little shake too sometimes.
they are not stock ignition wires.

I would start by checking all wires to ensure they are tightly on. Make sure they are all in good condition...no burns. Check the plugs for excessive burn marks.
