yep, looks like the outer ring slipped on the inner ring. I had one fail on my mustang gt so that it was actually digging into my nice anodized aluminum water pump pulley. (wobbling much worse than yours) I would go ahead and replace it even though it looks like a pain in the a$$ to change on these cars
No one can predict when (or even if) this pulley will come apart..
I justified a cam swap on the premise of proactively replacing a stock pulley that looked better than yours. Did I "need" to do it when I did? Probably not. But then my crystal ball has been on the fritz lately.
IMHO, if you need to drive the car (to work, etc.) for another week (or two), do so, just don't spin the motor any higher than necessary. But I would go ahead and take care of it at some point in the near future.
