Wiper problems...
About a month ago, my wipers starting turning on and off by themselves and they would not seat all the way down in the home (concealed) position.
Now the intermittent action and the low speeds do not work, I figure this is either the switch or some type of relay has gone bad, has anyone else experienced this and know which part needs replacement?
The car is a 99 C5.

Ha dthe same problem with my 99.
The motor and control board come as on eunit.
Replace both!!!
Started after I washed it one day. The seal on the board goes bad.
Supposedly a GM issue, not just vettes.
BTW, sorry for the typos, I'm watching the eagles get their A$$
