More Cold Air Questions
Has anyone every tried to use a stock Z06 airbox with the radiator cover modified with the plastic hood scoop? I seems like this would allow cold air to reach the air box.

If you wish to use a stock Z06 box, then you are better off opening the fog light panels. The scoop mod directs cold air drom underneath and the Z06 airbox opening is on top, so although there would be some benefit from cold air circulating around the box, there wouldn't be nearly as much being directed at the filter as there would if you were using a Halltech Stinger or Blackwing-style filter.
