They are a few computers. The BCM BodyControleModule is at the passenger footwell. You will find panel behind the carpet as stated above. And the PCM PowertrainControleModule is under the battery. You need to remove the panel under the car behind front wheel to get access to it. And one in each door (LDCM & RightDoorControlModule). And the seat module. But the BCM and PCM are the most important or the one we refer more often.

Here is a picture of the Body Control Module (BCM) in the passengers foot well. The carpet is removed in this pic:

Here is a picture of the Power Train Control Module (PCM). The module it self is located in the passengers side fender well. If you remove the battery you will be able to see it but wont be able to access it very well. There is a panel in the passengers side wheel well that if removed, allows access to the PCM and the Throttle Acuation Control (TAC) Module. The TAC is mounted on the front of the PCM:

And just FYI, if you have the F45 suspension, the computer for that is in the left storage compartment in the back. And I'm not sure if it can be considered a computer or not, but in the console behind the ash tray is the controller for the airbags I believe. This car has computers everywhere.
