shattered diff questions

well damn, i have a huge chunk of diff case under my car. its not looking good. the tranny is freshly built w/less than 500 miles on it . RPM M12 . shifted like butter . i would hate it if my rear took it out of comission. it was a A&A 4.11 rear that shattered.this sucks

what'd you do to crack it? just really bad wheel hop?

i didnt get the upgraded shaft.
i dont think there was enought water on the tires when i started the burnout. (mt et street radials). and it wheel hopped really violent one time so i let out, but it was to late.

there arent any noises or funny sounds comming from the tranny. is that a good sign? when i put it it gear and let the clutch out its silent. ,..........just doesnt go anywhere lol

"lucky" .. i guess that's a figurative term .. you could have damaged the shaft, a few teeth on it .. or it could be fine .. like i said you probably wont know until you've got it apart.
