C5 99 - Side window problem

My right side window doesn't open and close any more. I hear a click when I engage the electric switch but I don't hear the motor run and the window doesn't open.

How do I take the door panel of to investigate this problem?

Does anyone know what would cause this? My 2k had the same thing happen today. I push the window button and hear a clicking sound but no window movement.

How do I get to the DIC Codes? Shouldn't I get one of the following codes telling me what is wrong?

A1-RDCM - Right Door Control Module
B2203 Right Window Up Switch Fault
B2205 Right Window Down Switch Fault
B2237 Right Door Lock Switch Fault
B2239 Right Door Un-Lock Switch Fault
B2253 Key Cylinder Switch Fault
