I would try a Chevrolet dealership parts department.

Try Gene's Kar Shop, a supporting Forum vender.

Took off Door Panel to get to Motor.
Motor was warm so it was trying to work .
I could hear the window switch clicking so it was working
* * I also watched the Voltage guage slowly dropping as I tried to make window go down ( have to watch very very closely as only dropped 1 volt in 5 seconds **
Took the motor out ( 3 nuts )
Took cover off 6 Torx Screws then carefully noted ( took Digital picture of where cables went ) and pulled the pulley from gear in motor
* Have someone hold glass when you do this *
Didn't see anything wrong ????? so put together again then noticed a cable pulley coming off ? and discovered I had a broken pulley so I assume it was bound and could not work , thus the warm motor

Now I need a $ 3 pulley but everyone wants to sell me a whole Window Regulator $125 used and $250 New
