Hello, just wondering, im currently looking for my first C5, and was wondering if changing the plugs is much easier then changing them in the C4, In the C4 I had i had to remove the inner fender wells to access the plugs properly, has this obstacle been improved on the C5's.
I dont know that much about C4's but I changed mine in my Z06 in about 1.5 hours. Passenger side is very easy but drivers side #7 is a PITA. Not too bad though, you should be able to do it.
I've had C4 and C5 and changed both. About the same difficulty. Perhaps the C5 is a bit easier if you have a Ball socket for the plug under the brake booster. 99 Nassau Blue

I picked up the spark plug ball socket from Snap On, Worked perfect on the C5, took less than 45 min total for plugs and new wires. Great investment.
If you unbolt the AIR fitting on the driver's side manifold and pull off the rubber hose, you can wedge it behind the valve cover to keep it out of the way...then you have full access to the plugs.
