Default What mod should I do this winter....

Headers, which would be Supermaxx
LPE blower cam

I only have so much $$$ and I already have plans to dress the engine up some. So which would be the better to do first? Cam or Headers?
Whatever one does'nt get done this winter will get done next time around. I just don't know which to tackle first. So I will leave it up to the CF to help I'm running a I/C Maggie at 7lbs and Corsa Pace car exhaust. Feel free to stat why you think which would be better

Remeber this is a blown motor

I would do headers first. An engine's a big air pump, and if you let more in (via a longer duration cam) more's gotta get out.

I would do the exhaust first, intake next, then headers and lastly the cam. You first need to able to get stuff out before you can take more air in. The cam will be a waste if you don't do the other mods first.

Another vote for the headers. And, the Supermaxx's are made with exceptional quality, finish, and, fit. Plus, the added performance derived from this specific SOTP upgrade will put another big grin on your face. Enjoy.

Headers - Supermaxx are an excellent choice - couple that with a Z06 exhaust and you have a very streetable system, really purrs until you step on it, then...Whoopee!

I would do a cam first. If you start with long tubes you'll have to remove them to do the cam anyway. Plus the cam wont introduce a bunch of extra heat in the cabin. I think your blower setup will benefit much more from a cam than headers.

I think most of the long tube recommendations are by people who have a NA mindset. You have a MagnaCharger. Give LPE or 21MC a call and see what they think. I'd be shocked if they recommend headers over a cam for the MagnaCharger.
