The follicle guidance system is old school...Its very hard to find it in todays day and age... as far as the light for the ignition... what is the matter with the under rear view mirror lights??? They send a lot of light directly to the ignition switch.

Funny thing
: I just figured out what the heck I was doing, I'm putting the oversized sun shades up and it covers the rear view mirror lights and I'm starting the engine before removing the shades at night thus no light. And your right Evil-Twin there is mucho light!
