it should be on the left upper side of the column.it will have a plug with hevay gauge wires coming out of it. but first find out was is tapped into those wires we talked about earlier.you want to know exactly what is what.

Something is definatley spliced into that orange wire. Possibly for a radar detector or some other aftermarket gadget.

I appears that you have a white wire spliced into the Orange wire, a black wire spliced into the Black wire and the Yellow wire is hanging free.

The set of three wires (Orange, Black and Yellow) are supposed to be there and are usually just taped off with black tape from the factory. The wires that are spliced into the Orange and Black wires are not factory. I would follow those two wires and see where they run to.
