code 1214

I get this code every once and a while. Service ABS, Service Traction Control comes on the DIC comes on afterwards. I clear the code an I am good for a couple more days. Is this something that my tuner can tune out, or do really have an issue.

what the hell is that?

sounds like a code for a dissel. Do you have a dissel vette? Torque monster

I have a bunch of torque.. with the TT's and the nitrous, but .... not sure if it is a tuning issue or a part malfunction

You're probably going to be in the market for a EBTCM (Electronic Braking Traction Control Module). Been there done that.... not cheap. In the $700 range.

I had that code, and in my case, it was a new BPMV (Brake Pressure Modulating valve.) Don't know the price, as it was fixed under my extended warranty.

1214 is a solenoid valve relay/coil circuit fault.the solenoid relay is inside the ebcm.if it's bad you need a ebcm.i would check the connector on the pump for corrosion and make sure the ground wire on the side of the pump is clean and tight.if all is ok,most liely a ebcm going south.
