I've read loads of threads about max tire sizes, wheel sizes, and offsets. Trouble is, the numbers don't make a lot of sense unless you get out your calculator and determine the both the front and rear "from hub to outer wheel edge distance" or "front spacing" distance. Then you need to compare those numbers against the stock numbers which are as follows:
C5 with thin spoke OEM = front 2.47"
C5 with thin spoke OEM = rear 2.69"
Bigger numbers mean the tire is closer to rubbing, especially with a lowered car. When you are ordering wheels, its an important number to consider. Has anybody got numbers to share?
