Guys I was at a light when my C5 developed a rough idle, no power. The messages I had were reduced engine power, service traction control, service abs.
Codes were
PCM: P1120H, P1221H
TCS: C1255H, C1278H
IPC: 1160
RFA: U1096H, U1064H, U1016H
I shut car off and restarted and was fine till about 3 miles down the road when it happened again. Restarted and then made it home.
Any words of wisdom? This happened back in the summer too. I turned car off and restarted and was fine since.
Thanks for any help as always!
Marc

pcm codes are for a throttle position sensor and pedal position sensor,
tcs codes are for a ebcm internal fault and the other is because of the pcm faults[pcm intervention],rfa faults are all loss of communication.
check your battery connections and check for a leaking battery[battery acid may be beginning to burn through the harnesses].also check grounds.connections at the tac unit, etc.
Thanks for the advice. I changed the battery the first week I had the car with a glass mat. I will check connections as advised. I wonder if I should just change the TP sensor? Guess I have to find out where it is first haha.
