Probably the check valve needs to be replaced. They rust, and the good news is, they are cheap.
The bad news is, it's hard to get to, -- the intake manifold needs to come off to replace it (it's at the rear of the manifold under the windshield wiper area). My post above has a link to a really good set of DIY for the oil pressure sensor, and the valve is right by it, so you can try it yourself. Dealers will charge 3-4 hours of labor.
