Default Turn signal question?

My front passenger running light is not working when headlights are off, turn signal does not work on the passenger side, the green arrow on the dash just blinks very fast. Is this just a bad turn signal light? How do I get to those lights, do I have to pull the fenderwell cover off to get to it? Thanks for any help.

Sounds like the bulb is dead if you have a rapid flashing. You need to change the bulb (3057NA or 4057NA).

You'll get three main ways to change the bulb. Some guys like to go in through the brake duct, some open the panel beneath the front. the one that works for me is:

Turn on the headlights and back off one position to kill the lights.
Unscrew the 3 small screws on the black plastic housing around the headlight. Gently pull the housing clear. Reach down around the headlight unit and release the bulb holder. It unscrews counter clockwise but it has a plastic clip which you need to squeeze to release it. Change the bulb. Reseat the bulb holder and turn until it clicks back in place. Put the plastic housing back in place making sure to locate the small plastic tab in the bracket on the headlamp cover. Replace the 3 screws and close the lights.
10 minute job.

Best of luck but don't pay the dealer $$$$$$$ for a simple fix.

I tried to reach the turn signal light by reaching around the headlight as mentioned above, but my arm was too big to squeeze by. I then tried the brake air duct trick and it was much easier. Just push the air duct in, then push it toward the center of the car, and you can easily reach the bulb fixture through the opening.
