Tapping noise after 3-4 min
When I start the car cold everything sounds great.Then in 3-4 min.I get this tapping or clicking noise from the engine more towards the front and it last about 4 min then goes away not to be heard again until I shut it off for about 10 min then the tapping is back.The tapping last for about 3 min.It sounds like a lifter noise but doesnt act like one comming and goin like it does during warm up.Could this be the pick up tube o-ring problem.I am sure it is not piston slap or bearing noise. Anybody have the o-ring problem and does it sound like this symptom?

I thought piston slapped only right after a cold start and then went away after a minute or so. His problem doesnt start till a few minutes after he cranks it up.
Kinda wierd. I was thinking he might have a lazy lifter or something.
