You have an AIR system fault and the PCM is not seeing the check valve for the right bank of cylinders open, more than likely it's corroded and not allowing fresh air to get thru.

UPDATE! The check engine light turn off while driving all day today!!! By it self!
what should I do now...replace the check valve anyway? the one in the driver side, right?!or should I wait if it pops up again.
Wanted to add I do have SHORT Headers not long headers.
You are definitely coding for the faulty behind the manifold check air valve. The link provided up above displays the actual part (under $30 at your local dealership), as well as, the occluded, valve port (due to moisture that notoriously collects, rusts, and, ultimately clogs the valve). In fact, I responded to this issue back in July 20, 2005:
In brief, the more difficult to reach check air valve (coding for the 1416 trouble code) can be accessed by simply unbolting the clamp that supports the in-line check air valve tubing to the manifold, along with a little tugging and pulling. Good luck to you.
