Default Need Advice - Wheels and Tires

Looking to buy new wheels and tires for my car. Am seriously considering a set of Weld Wheels but want to be sure I get an acceptable size on both the tires and wheels. Here's what I have been thinking about:

Wheels would be 18x9.5 in front with a 58 mm offset, 19x10.5 in back with a 65 mm offset.

Tire choices could be one of two brands:

Michelin Pilot Sport PS2: 245/40 YR 18 front (25.7 overall diameter) and 275/35 YR 19 in rear (26.6 overall diameter) or 265/35 YR 18 front (25.3 overall diameter) and 295/30 YR 19 rear (26 overall diameter).

Goodyear GS-D3: 245/40 YR 18 front (25.7 overall diameter) and 275/35 YR 19 rear (26.6 overall diameter).

Do any of these sound like they would work and not adversely affect any of the car's systems (ABS, etc)? What is the maximum variance that can be used in overall diameter from the factory settings between front and rear? I know stock the difference in diameter between the fronts and rear is 1.1". Any help would be appreciated.

Here's a bump for you, JD. I don't have much experience with larger wheel sizes but based upon how close the larger sizes' diameters are to that of stock wheels/tires, I'd say that there will be little, if any adverse effects to handling. Both tires are very good but keep in mind that not only are the Goodyears a bit better (according to Car & Driver), but they are also less expensive.

I'm running 285x30 Front and 335x30 rear with CCW 10x18 front and 11.5x18 rears. I'm probably "old school" as this set-up was fresh 3 years ago. After the 4 wheel alignment, it's a different car. I'm still very pleased...
