LT4 Clutch Knocking

I have a 96 LT4 and have developed a knocking sound when the clutch is fully engaged.

Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it. I remember hearing or reading somewhere that this is common. Can't find anything in the FAQ on the sound, search comes up with nothing either.

I noticed this more when the car was not in gear and the clutch was not depressed...a little different in your case...could be the TO bearing...
