Default HELP! DTC Code P0410

Can any tell me why I would be getting this code. It is a Secondary Air Injection Malfunction. I just replaced the oil sending unit sensor on my car. You know I had to remove the Intake to do this. I just got the code after replacing everything and driving about 5-10 minutes. Any help would be appreciated.

According to the service manual:

Conditions for setting the DTC -
If the AIR pump turns ON during a closed loop operation and the HO2S voltage does not fall below 222mV for 1.3 seconds.
OR
If the AIR pump turns ON during a closed loop operation and the short-term fuel trim does not change more than a predetermined amount.

Make sure you did not knock any of the connections loose on the pipes that are around the back of the engine and into the exhaust. They are pretty secure, but you could have knocked one of them accidentally.

Also.. I would clear the code then drive the car again, if it happens again.. you have an issue.. if not, chalk it up to the gremlins.

Thanks for the info. I cleared the code and it showed up again. The only thing that I can think of about pipes/hoses is the tiny hose (3-5mm) that connects to the electrical connector/sensor on the back of the intake manifold. It was a bear to put back in place and I'm not sure if it is connected all of the way.
