....an RPS clutch?

My spec wouldnt go into gear at high rpms without the mcleod.

I just had the clutch changed over to the RPS, and we left the Mcleod in there. Is it unnecessary? I love the clutch, I did notice that after I put about 20 miles on the car, the pedal had some free play at the top, which went away after a few pumps. New slave cylinder, btw.

I got fantastic service from Al at LAPD, by the way. The pricing was fantastic, and he was patient and attentive to all my questions, not to mention have the car done ahead of schedule. Two thumbs up for the LAPD.

Anyone?

The pedal still acts a little funny occasionally........gets some free play at the top. Should I ditch the Mcleod?

I run it with my Z06 clutch. If it set right than you shouldn’t see much difference between it and a stock unit.

I would check with RPS before using an aftermarket master. I know with the Exedy Twin you absolutely must use the OEM slave/master.
