I have it on my 97.I did a search awhile back at what to set it at and never got an answer.I have it set at 58psi now.This winter I have a few more mods going on.May be it will help out.

IMO it is worthless.
The general idea behind an adjustable fuel pressure regulator back in the day was to be able to make fine fueling adjustments.
The best thing to do is to either spend your money on a tuning solution or have someone tune the car that knows what they are doing.
Just adding the adjustable regulator is going to gain you nothing.
