Need Procedure for Uninstalling/Installing Center Console
On my 2002 vert, the matte black center console's outer "skin" has peeled off in sections leaving a black shiny surface beneath it. Right now, it looks like it has leprosy! This is the 3rd console that has done this, and I am wondering if the thin outer layer is supposed to wear off like this. I would like to take the console out in order to remove the remaining "skin" (which is thinner than cellophane). What's the procedure? I can't find where/how it is attached. Any help for a "cure" would be appreciated.
