New cam suggestions?

I am looking for a new cam for my 2000. What are some suggestions?
It's mostly for daily driving, but also the occasional street/strip race.

I am going with ls6 ported headers as well.
I haven't put them in yet, so what kind of valvetrain component kits would be recommended if I plan to spray it with nitrous in the near future. Thanks!

It would be very helpful if you would list the particulars of your Corvette.

1) Year and Model
2) Trans Type
3) Final Drive Ratio
4) Tire - Wheels

etc.

...and whether you meant to say (ported) "heads" instead of "headers".
