PLEASE HELP i missed an up-shift and now my car is meeed up
Hi I was raceing and i missed 2nd gear from 1st and my car i guess over reved
now it will not go over 5500 rpms and it makes this wierd noise when it gets there did i do something really bad? also someone told me to reset my codes so i did that and it did not fix it but maybe i did it wrong or something

Im assuming you mean you downshifted when you were trying to upshift.
If so, a number of things probably occured. For one your rear tires should have locked up from the downshift. This would have sent ABS and active handling messeges to the DIC.
If you hear a ticking sound, you have bent one or more pushrods. They are not difficult to replace. You could have had piston slap with the valves. And worst case, you could have bent valves.
You can perform cylinder compression tests, and also perform a leak down test to insure everything is ok.
I bent a pushrod going from 2nd to 1st, when I meant to hit third.
