I have my motor out right now and while the old one was in i had that low oil level dummy light come on. Oil has never been low since i owned my car. Will crossing the two wires that go to the sensor complete the circuit and never have to worry about that light again? There were a couple wires that go to that d@mn thing that were kinda melted so i am planning on just going as far back to the computer as i can and crossing them...

Fix the wires and put the sensor back in. I *personally* would never remove a sensor like that. My previous car had two sensor for each, one to run the idiot lights and the other for the gauges.
as stated i dont want that low oil level message showing up on DIC. That is more of a message for people who dont pop their hood much less check their oil. And there is no oil level gauge so anyone else know if just crossing the wires therefor closing the loop will fix that thing forever?
The level sensor is very important, You should get it to work... If you lose your drain pan bolt, or get a crack in your oil pan..road debris punches a hole through your oil filter, the early warning could save you 5,000 to 7,000 dollars.
once again intuition and a litle comon sense will save me befor that idiot sensor will. I already dont pay attention to it when it comes on. I know my dipstick doesnt lie.
Any one who has any idea how that sensor works ( I.E. Closes a circuit or opens it when oil level is correct ) please chime in.
