Default Window tip in?? HELP!!!

I did a search for window adjustment and found this....

Window Tip-In Adjustment - Door
Tools Required
#6 Inverted TORX® Socket
1. Position the window fully up.
2. Remove the large access plug from under the front of the door.
3. Loosen the window regulator front channel mounting nut.
4. Remove the reflector from the trim panel
5. Loosen the jack screw jam nut.
6. Adjust tip in with the jack screw.
* Turn the jack screw clockwise to tip the window outward.
* Turn the jack screw counterclockwise to tip the window inward.
* One turn of the screw equals approximately 1 N•m (0.04 in) change at the
top of the window.
7. Tighten the jack screw jam nut.
8. Lower the window.
9. Tighten the window regulator channel front mounting nut.
10. Raise the window and check the alignment.
11. Install the access plug under the front of the door.
12. Install the reflector in the door trim panel.
check to insure that the weatherstripping on the top is seated correctly on the targa bar.

I dont see where the #6 Inverted TORX® Socket is used.

I see the 10mm nut under the front plug and I see a 10mm nut behind the reflector. but no where for the Torix.

I did loosen the front nut and turned the nut behind the reflector but no change. I dont see a jam nut to loosen? If someone could help...Pics would be great, I would appreciate it.

The bolt head that the jam nut is on is a #6 torx.

When i Turn the nut the whole screw moves and it does not matter how many turns either way, it will not tighten. Does this mean that the nut and screw are seized and what to do to fix it. The window rattles a little when I shake it becuse it is not tight.

Thanks
