Wiper Delay
Is it normal for the wipers to pause in the middle of the windshield during the delay period? This is the first car I have had this issue with.
Is there an adjustment? 1999 C5 coupe.

It is NOT normal! You could have a stopped up windshield cowl drain and that causes the wiper motor computer to get wet and spaz out. There are three drains on the drivers side that can get plugged up.
There is a small cam operated micro switch inside the cover of the windshield wiper motor processor. If that switch or cam doesn't work correctly, it will cause that. I am at work and cant access my pictures. Will post pictures of the drains later.

,the wiper motor is probably under water.
