my DIC doesnt work
any suggestions? it doesnt do anything. no lights, the buttons dont work. nothing.
any one ever experience this? any suggestions?

check the fuses in the r/f floor

Or connectors on the back of the dash cluster or DIC control buttons could be loose.

why? did you check fuses? i would look at fuses 25 and 19 first

are your gauges on and bright?? try turning the dimmer **** all the way to the right.

ugh oh. ..... and at such a young age too.
Have you ever had the front dash removed, connectors behind could be loose/not making good contact.

Try disconnecting the negative battery terminal for a minute, then reconnect. Sometimes the network crashes and needs to be rebooted...
It happens to me occaisionally when I reflash my PCM. I just reboot the car... Must be an IBM...
