Would stalling the car create these codes? BO-RFA U 1096, U1064 and U1016?
I searched and saw that they were possibly caused by a dead battery. I have been getting these codes as H for as long as I owned the car. I wasnt the best 6 speed driver then...
I'm hoping that there are no major problems.
If your battery isn't up to the task of providing the correct voltage during the start sequence of starting your car, you will frequently see a lot of U series codes! When you start your car the starter sucks lots of current and voltage goes low. If it drops much lower than 10 vdc, it could cause this issue! You are probably loosing other stuff to. memory settings, fob sync ect ect.......
Have your battery tested for reserve cranking voltage. Subject it to a heavy load (battery tester) and see how low the voltage goes.
Ya I know its a history code, but it keeps coming up. What does that mean?
Well it means that at least one time the Remote Function Actuation (Key Fob (&/or Tire Pressure Sensors)) system:
U1016 Loss of Communications with PCM (No State of Health Message)
U1064 Loss of Communications with DCM (No State of Health Message)
U1096 Loss of Communications with IPC (No State of Health Message)
I would clear/reset them (see the instructions in either of the links I've given you) and not worry about them. Then check and see in a few days or a week if they are Current codes (then you can worry!) I think these are common codes to be thrown up by such things as a dead battery. If you are interested in such things, you might want to invest in the massive three volume shop manual for your car for about $125 and you will really have your head swimming!
