Can some one give me the part numbers I need to for ls6 intake swap. I have the intake and I am going to order the parts but I can't resolve ls1howto.com. So if any one can help me out I would appreciate it.
Front Coolant Pipe # 12568478
Rear Coolant Plugs # 12562788 x 2
If your in there and you have the LS1 PCV system, I would swap the PCV system over to the LS6 system. Its about 20minutes extra work, BUT its 1000% better.
There is a larger breather tube too, sorry dont know the part#.
Got mine all together from Scoggin-Dickey. If I can find the invoice tonight when I go home I will post.
Just want to point out that you can use the stock LS1 coolant pipe and not spend money on the plugs and new front pipe. I cut the pipes then flattened, folded and soldered the cut ends. It saved $40.

makes sense, you could also tap the holes and install bolts

And you can also put some white paint on the tubes, lay the new manifold over them, then Dremel out just enough material in the reinforcing ribs underneath.
BTW, on the Z06 style pcv setup, you may have to cut out a small unnecessary section of the block in order for the new pcv cover to sit flush. I did this on my '99 and it's really not as scary as it sounds. It just adds some time to the process that's all. I notice you have a 2000 and I'm not sure if the piece that needs to be cut out was gone by the 2000 model year or not. Maybe someone else can chime in. HTH

Yes, and whatever you do remove the plastic clips from the knock sensor wiring harness so they don't keep the LS6 intake from sitting flat on the valley cover.
I did a search on those part numbers and didn't pull up anything on gmpartsdirect.com or fredbeamsgmparts.com any one got the part number for the PCV system?

Call Bob at Fichtner Chev (forum vendor) and try 12568002. This is the new valley cover plate that replaces your old one. It comes with the bolts and new gasket. Their number is 1-800-234-5284. Be sure and tell him you're a forum member in order to get the "good" pricing.
BTW, you'll then be able to remove all the old pcv hoses fittings and cap the tubes where they connected. There is a GM part number for a rubber plug for the hole in the driver's side valve cover, but I don't have it here. Ask Bob, he may know the number since I'm sure several people have ordered it from him as well. You will leave one original hose connected. It's the one on the pass. side valve cover (near the front) that connects to a tube high up right behind the throttle body. Do not cap this hose off. It supplies fresh air to the crankcase when the engine is running.
Oh yeah, you'll also need the "Z06" pcv hose assembly too. It's a horse-shoe shaped affair that incorporates the pcv valve with it.
HTH,
Robert
