Ok, I keep getting TCS codes thrown when its raining or very wet on the road. It does the whole "reduce engine power"yadda yadda thing. Never happens when its dry. I have the car up in the air and going over all of the wiring harness connections and so on, I have no friggin clue what could be getting wet to cause this issue. Anyone have any ideas?
Just to be more clear, it has nothing to do with the slickness of the road, the tires do not spin. It has to do with something getting wet.

P1286 Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor 3 Performance
C1278 TCS Temporarily Inhibited By PCM
BO-RFA C2121 C
These are the codes.
The last one I cannot find in the C5 DTC code list, so I have no clue what it is. But it has been there since I purchased the car, so I am pretty sure it isnt a problem.
The first two, I think have something to do with the Reduce Engine Power. Because as soon as the TCS code is thrown, those 2 pop up, causing the Check Engine Light to come on, and reduce engine speed.
I read one post last year and a guy had the similar problem. Even in car wash. It was the panel under the PCM that was not fitted properly. That was giving the opportunity to the water to get into the PCM TAC area.
What year car is it? Can you clear the codes? Are they Current or History?

Yes, I can clear the codes. It seems while it is still 'wet', I guess, the codes just keep getting thrown, and are current. But after letting the car sit for a few hours to dry off, I can turn the key on and the codes are History.
